I am Mrs. Kessie Stanley, the Secretary and Treasurer of Paulina Senior Citizen Home. We are currently facing a critical situation. The building we’ve called home, a three-story structure at the heart of all our activities, is being put up for sale. The owner is asking for Rs. 4,00,00,000 for the 8000 sq. ft. property.
We are appealing to your generosity to help us secure this place for our elderly residents. If we can raise Rs. 5,000 per square foot, we would reach our goal. So far, we have been able to sell 85 sq. ft., but we need your help to reach our target.
We’ve managed to negotiate the price down to Rs. 3,00,00,000, but we also need funds to build a chapel and install a lift to make the building more accessible for our residents.
